Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and food items to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of every area of the pub
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Taking payments on card and cash
- Monitor stock levels
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the bar environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
