As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety standards
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members
