- Production of cakes, pastries and desserts as per bakery guidelines
- Tea & Coffee Preparation using espresso Machine (Full training will be provided)
- Safely using specific bakery machinery such as large stand mixers, convection ovens, retarder proofers.
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene and safety, quality and productivity
- General washing up duties, including weekly deep cleaning.
- Completing end of day close downs, including cleaning, restocking, organising and resetting for the next day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
