Raspberry Pi is hiring an Audience and Engagement Lead to help build robust communication strategies and engage with audiences across Raspberry Pi’s diverse global user base. You will be responsible for conducting customer research, shaping our communications strategy across both industrial and consumer markets, and driving initiatives to improve overall customer engagement and acquisition.
This position is based at our office in Cambridge, UK, and is primarily an in-office role. You'll work with friendly, exceptionally talented colleagues who are dedicated to solving problems and producing high quality work that helps people and businesses around the world get things done with Raspberry Pi.

Key responsibilities
- Customer research & analytics: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand our existing and potential customers.
- Content strategy direction: Contribute advice on strategic direction to our in-house marketing and communications team responsible for creating digital assets (e.g. website content, social media posts, newsletters, video content), ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with the customer journey and educates our audience.
- Campaign planning & implementation: Plan and assist in implementing worldwide campaigns across social channels, Mailchimp, our blog, and any other relevant platforms.
- Customer acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to our website, engagement with our channels, and acquisition of new customers.
- Commercial team support: Provide communications support for our commercial activities, including identifying opportunities for collaborative work with partners and customers.
- Content localisation: Work with partners worldwide to translate and localise content for local audiences as required, and to leverage appropriate local/regional channels.
- Industry awareness: Keep up to date with developments in global social media and broader digital engagement trends.
- Performance monitoring: Analyse engagement data and campaign performance to continuously refine strategies and report on key metrics related to customer engagement and acquisition.
Requirements

- Experience in developing and executing customer engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (website, social media, newsletters) and their role in audience engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
Further highly desirable skills and experience includes:
- Experience with social media campaigns, including paid social.
- Strong track record of collaborative working.
- Ability to perform basic quantitative reporting.

Benefits
We anticipate that applicants may bring a wide range of skills and previous experience across the different elements of the role. Accordingly, there is a wide salary range of £35,000 – £49,000 for this position, with specifics to be discussed with the successful applicant.
