The Colleges’ Partnership is recruiting a confident and committed Apprenticeship Coordinator to support Armed Forces apprentices on digital programmes such as Network Engineering and Telecoms. Based in Bulford, you'll play a vital role in guiding learners through induction, Functional Skills, technical knowledge delivery, and End Point Assessment.
This is a hands-on role that combines direct delivery, review activity, learner mentoring, and quality-focused administration. You’ll work closely with a small delivery team, providing individualised support to keep learners on track and motivated.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship standards
- Delivering and supporting Functional Skills (English and Maths) up to Level 2
- Conducting regular progress reviews and planning meaningful learning
- Completing and maintaining high-quality, auditable learner records
- Providing guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout the learner journey
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all learners progress to Gateway and achieve their qualification
What you’ll bring:
- A teaching or assessor qualification (e.g. L4 Assessor Coach, CET, CAVA) or willingness to work towards
- Experience delivering or assessing in digital sectors, including Network Engineering
- Strong communication and learner engagement skills
- Confidence in planning, reviewing and tracking progress using digital tools
- Knowledge of ESFA and awarding body requirements (desirable)
- A proactive, learner-first approach aligned with quality standards
We offer:
- Salary of £28,162 - £30,854 if/once qualified
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + discretional Christmas closedown (this usually means approx. 32 days per year, plus bank holidays)
