About the Role
We are seeking an organised, customer-focused After Sales Support Executive to join our busy Chesterfield office. In this vital support role, you’ll assist customers after they’ve made their cruise booking, ensuring a seamless experience from confirmation to departure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner
- Manage post-booking queries: changes, cancellations, upgrades, and special requests
- Handle flight bookings and cruise documentation using internal systems
- Liaise with cruise lines, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records and system updates for each customer’s journey
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service that exceeds expectations
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience in customer service (travel, retail, or contact centre experience preferred)
✅ Strong administrative and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ A passion for travel – experience in the travel industry is an advantage
✅ Cruise knowledge is a bonus but not essential

Schedule
- 7.5-hour shifts (Monday to Saturday with some weekend rotation as needed)
- This is an office based position and no Hybrid or home working considered.
