We are a boutique aesthetics clinic located in the heart of SW London. Our friendly team is passionate about delivering exceptional client care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Coordinator/Receptionist to join us on a full-time basis.
Role Overview
As our Clinic Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly for clients and team members alike. This varied role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, excels at multitasking, and takes pride in maintaining a high standard throughout the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, manage bookings, and handle all front-of-house duties.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Order, check, and manage clinic stock effectively.
- Ensure all clinic spaces are beautifully presented, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative and housekeeping duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Local candidate with previous experience working in an aesthetics clinic is essential.
- Working knowledge of Pabau 2 is highly desirable.
- A mature, calm, and confident approach to customer service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude; happy to assist with all aspects of clinic presentation and housekeeping to ensure a welcoming environment.
- High levels of integrity, reliability, and discretion.
