Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support the ICP department in delivering essential administrative function across our projects. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with field teams and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the ICP department with administrative tasks, including mark-ups, applications, and work completion processes
- Maintain accurate document control for complete works, including managing photos, 'as laid' documents, and updating internal project monitoring systems
- Ensure adherence to Network Operator policies
- Prepare comprehensive work packs for site staff to support efficient on-site execution
- Apply for and manage NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) permits with local authorities in alignment with scheduled works
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with keen eye for detail
- Experience using Microsoft suite including Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Familiar with ICP or utility project environments would be beneficial but, not required
Full on-the-job training will be provided so - while highly advantageous - no prior industry experience is required.
While this is initially a temporary role, there is potential for it to transition into a permanent position.
