We wish to appoint a dynamic, motivated and skilled Administration Assistant with a passion for supporting a team within a school. Our school is on a journey of continuous improvement and we are keen to recruit an individual who is passionate about supporting our children to learn, by providing a supportive administration service.
The successful candidate will be part of the administration team, be based in the administration office and reception area and will effectively run the administration function for the school. The role will require you to carry out general administration duties, welcome visitors on a daily basis, answer the phone, respond to emails and ensure visitors are collected and escorted around school.

This post is 35 hours, permanent and term time only plus inset days. Working Monday to Friday, working pattern to be discussed at interview but between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm
