Responsibilities of the role
- Supporting the accounts team, accurately processing credits/debits, transfers and other postings
- Production of cheques required by staff.
- Provide cover for reception duties answering calls and directing client enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients demonstrating professionalism at all times
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintaining accurate control of the firm's document storage systems including dealing with client requests for documents
- Providing support to senior members of staff where required
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant ideally with an accounts background
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with legal accounting software is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
