What you’ll be doing
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients’ journeys run smoothly. Every day will be different, and you’ll be:
- Accurately recording and updating patient bookings on our Patient Administration System.
- Supporting the bookings process with timely and professional communication.
- Managing emails and enquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team to deliver outstanding service to patients.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need lots of experience – what matters most is your attitude and drive. If you’re someone who is:
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Confident using IT systems like Word and Excel.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to learn.
