Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated picture frame Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the assembly process.
Duties
- Assemble products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions
- Help with the preparation of frames for colouring
- General workshop duties
- Conduct quality checks on assembled items to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any defects or issues with materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to assembly processes.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Previous assembly or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
