Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our dynamic team. The role requires you to be organised, proactive and perceptive, to ensure efficient and timely service for our national client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with various client portals to update and manage information.
- Uploading and maintaining reports accurately and promptly.
- Dealing with calls and emails from customers and sub contractors.
- Assisting with onboarding new operatives.
- Invoicing customers and paying invoices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using online systems and client portals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using Xero for reconciling.
Working Hours:
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, with additional hours available. (Negotiable)
Wage:
- Negotiable, depending on experience.
