Summary of Apprenticeship This Accounts/Finance Assistant apprenticeship programme will ensure you have the skills to maintain an efficient and accurate finance function within a business. This role is part of the business succession planning.
About the company Founded in 2001, we are one of the leading glass suppliers and processors of glass products in the UK with over twenty years experience in the industry. We specialise in bespoke single and high-end glass processing, laminate glass and Insulated Glass Units (IGU).
College Training Level 2 Apprenticeship – AAT
Training Details Day Release at the Booth Lane Campus
Main Tasks
- Observing, learning and understanding a wide range of duties and processes, whilst under the instruction of skilled colleagues in a team of two others
- Undertaking appropriate in house and external college training.
- Assisting with payroll sales and purchase ledger, credit control, answering telephone and email enquiries
- Becoming a confident user of our software packages
- Understanding the importance of client liaison and client confidentiality
- General administration duties
Working Hours
Monday to Friday Its 9-5 or 8-4 Monday to Thursday and 8-3 on a Friday

Minimum level 3 GCSE results in Maths, English or equivalent
