As an Account Management Team Lead, you’ll coach and inspire a team of Junior Account Managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities ️
✅ Lead and inspire Junior Account Managers to hit ambitious revenue and retention targets (108%+ NRR).
✅ Coach and mentor your team to protect, grow, and expand customer accounts.
✅ Shape scalable account management strategies that unlock upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities.
✅ Champion customer voices — collaborate with product and tech to turn feedback into improvements.
✅ Track team KPIs and report on performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- CRM know-how (HubSpot or similar). Strong data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Confidence in pipeline management, forecasting, and presentations. Commercial acumen to spot opportunities others might miss.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with SaaS metrics & commercial basics.
- Familiarity with HRTech / Recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of customer health and success metrics.
