Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our operations team, primarily supporting the CoolMed division of the business. Receiving Deliveries: Unload incoming containers and shipments efficiently and safely, ensuring all stock is handled appropriately.

Product Quality Testing: Unbox products and carry out defined quality testing procedures to verify that units meet our quality standards.

Product Repackaging: Re-box tested units with care to prepare them for dispatch, ensuring they are secure and properly labelled.

Dispatch Support: Assist in the dispatch process by printing and applying shipping labels, organising outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Returns Handling: Support the customer returns process, including checking returned items, documenting condition, and coordinating next steps with the customer service team.

Warehouse Organisation: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety procedures.
