About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Hygienist to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in our busy chilled warehouse facility. This is a vital role that supports the health and safety of our operations and ensures our workspace meets high cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of warehouse floors, surfaces, and equipment.
- Manage pallet storage space and collections.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and report any hazards.
- Support deep cleaning schedules and special hygiene projects.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (warehouse or industrial setting preferred).
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
