Job Title: Warehouse & Office Assistant
Location: Kibworth, Leicestershire (LE8)
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time (25 hours)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 11am – 4pm

We are now looking for a Warehouse & Office Assistant to help support our team across both warehouse and administrative functions.
Role Overview
This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of physical warehouse work and office-based admin. You'll play a key part in ensuring orders are processed and dispatched efficiently, while also supporting the team with invoicing, customer queries, and supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy
- Receive and check incoming goods against delivery paperwork
- Perform regular and rolling stock takes
- Liaise with couriers – collections & deliveries
Office/Admin Duties:
- Process orders from our website and eBay platforms
- Check and process supplier order confirmations
- Raise and issue customer invoices
- Input supplier and courier invoices
- Assist in general admin (Email & Phone Support)
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck in across multiple areas of the business. You'll be working in a small, friendly team, so a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in are key.
Essential:
- Outgoing and sociable personality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Committed and reliable with a proactive approach
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Experience in a warehouse or administrative role
- Competence with Microsoft Office
- GCSE grade C/5 or above in Maths and English
- Previous experience in logistics or dispatch
- Forklift licence (not essential)
