Wrights of Twycross is a UK based, market leading Transport, Environmental and Waste Management Solution provider working alongside some of the UK’s leading energy and water utility suppliers. Located on the Warwickshire/Leicestershire border, we provide a bespoke range of services for both domestic and commercial customers including but not limited to, drain and sewer jetting, vacuum tankers, biosolid and digestate recycling and bulk haulage.
We are seeking an organised and proactive planner to join our biosolids recycling team, planning and supporting a team of plant operatives, tipper, low loader and Hiab drivers.
Responsibilities
· Execute daily planning for operatives and drivers across our biosolids recycling team, ensuring that work is assigned efficiently with a strong level of information and detail to ensure works run smoothly.
· Cooperate with our wider teams to ensure vehicle repair is planned in to meet requirements whilst minimising unnecessary disruption to the operational activities.
· Review vehicle and driver utilisation ensuring that consideration is taking of financial and fuel efficiencies when planning.
· Providing a high level of customer service to our new and existing valued clients.
· Daily administrative tasks including reporting on achieved output and deliveries.
· Attend meetings, handle queries and communicate with our team and customers
· Cover our lead planner during times of absence
· Support our management team as required
Requirements
· Experience in a transport planner role is essential
· Strong administrative skills and experience using CRM, planning tools & Microsoft packages.
· A friendly, approachable and can do approach
· A background in agriculture and/or waste water management would be advantageous
· A natural problem solver who is used to working to strict deadlines
· Full UK driving licence
