What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales, Expediting, and Warehouse teams.
- Carry out general admin tasks such as filing, maintaining records, updating internal systems and portals, ordering stationery, and processing Material Movement Tickets (MMTs).
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to obtain and communicate delivery updates.
- Learn and assist with basic document control processes.
- Develop understanding of key areas such as import procedures, commodity codes, and country of origin requirements.
- Support internal sales operations as required.
- Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
- Carry out any other duties as required to support the wider business.
