As a trainee you will be learning all aspects of retail butchering:
Sausage making
Boning out pork, beef & lamb
Preparing cuts for display
Cutting chops, steaks & joints for display
Making sure everything is properly cleaned at the end of the day
5 days a week including Saturday. Sundays & a mid week day off.
Some early starts required.
Must be hard working & reliable
