Duties
- Assist with daily office operations such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, fostering effective communication across teams.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, with professionalism and attention to detail.
