Job Title: Therapeutic Support Worker (Children’s Service)
Location: Bilston WV14
Salary: Salary Up to £30,486
Sleep Ins: £60 with a potential of earning of up to £30,486 if you completed an average of 6 sleeps ins a month
Other Benefits:
- £1000 bonus upon completion of Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) within the agreed timescale

Hours: Average 40 hours per week (7.30am - 11.00pm)
Rota: 1 on 2 off
Contract: Permanent
About Us:
This is a wonderful opportunity to start or continue your career in children's care. This position is working in our home in Bilston, supporting 5 children with Learning Disabilities. This home has been rated “Outstanding” with Ofsted for the past two years.
Every day as a Therapeutic Support Worker is different. You may be accompanying the children to appointments or enabling them to follow their specific interests. Daily you will assist with personal care, complete daily records, and administer medication. You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.

Qualification & Experience
- Experience in Residential childcare (preferred, but not essential)
- Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (for qualified roles only)
