Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing customer support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping using Xero .
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including scheduling jobs, ordering parts and managing calendars.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This position is temporary position to cover maternity leave
Hours required are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am - 6pm and alternate Saturdays 7am - 12pm. 29.5 hours per week.
