We are looking to recruit a temporary administrator with the possibility of the position becoming permanent.
The role of Administrator will be to work in a fast-paced and busy environment requiring successful applicants to be flexible in their approach to work. You must be able to work independently and to tight timescales.
The core responsibility of this role will typically be focused on preparing files, data entry and creating data files using Word, PDF and Canva.
Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:
- Producing new files and documents
- Liaising with internal departments
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to build relationships at all levels within the organisation.
- Resilient and can-do approach.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.

Normal office hours are 9 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday; there is some flexibility around these hours
Start date ASAP, and there will be a three-month probation period
