We are looking for someone to come and assist our accounts department for 6 months to start asap. The aim of the role is to provide administrative support to the accounts department. This would be an ideal role for someone looking for full-time work or to be done part-time over 5 days.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stationery orders
  • Production & Distribution of customer statements.
  • Covering the phones
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Issuing refund cheques with accompanying letters
  • General admin housekeeping such as filing and archiving
  • Supporting the Accounts Administrator as needed with purchase ledger
  • Booking hotels as required for trade shows attendance.
  • Any other duties as required.

Qualifications

Maths and English at GCSE grade c/4

Personal Specification

Essential

  • Administrative experience
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail

Desirable

  • Any accounts experience

Contract term:

  • 6 months
  • Full or part-time over 5 days considered.
