Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized and tidy
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
