About the Role

We are looking to appoint a highly efficient and well-organised Student Services Administrator to join our dedicated Student Services Team. This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sixth Form and ensuring students receive the highest standard of care and support.
You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing front-line support and managing a wide range of administrative tasks. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Communication & Events, you will help foster a positive learning environment and ensure that all students are supported to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reception and administrative support for the Sixth Form.
  • Administer student bursaries, Free School Meals, and attendance monitoring.
  • Support student well-being, punctuality, and engagement.
  • Coordinate Sixth Form admissions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with college-wide events including enrolment, induction, and careers evenings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective student support.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in a student-facing administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • The ability to empathise with young people and build positive relationships.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Working Hours & Benefits

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, with occasional evening events throughout the year.
