About the Role
We are looking to appoint a highly efficient and well-organised Student Services Administrator to join our dedicated Student Services Team. This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sixth Form and ensuring students receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reception and administrative support for the Sixth Form.- Administer student bursaries, Free School Meals, and attendance monitoring.
- Support student well-being, punctuality, and engagement.
- Coordinate Sixth Form admissions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with college-wide events including enrolment, induction, and careers evenings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective student support.
- Previous experience in a student-facing administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- The ability to empathise with young people and build positive relationships.
- Confidence in using IT systems and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Working Hours & Benefits
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, with occasional evening events throughout the year.
