We have an exciting opportunity, for a Stock and Systems Admin, to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port!
You will report to a Stock & Systems Team Manager and you will be required to have a full understanding of the practices and procedures of each of the main warehouse functions: Inbound, Outbound – Picking & Waving, Stock Management and Dispatch – Loading
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday Nights | 22:00 to 06:00You will be required to work closely with the loading team to aid the loading process, this will involve:
- Systemic receipt of vehicles to Warehouse.
- Ensuring vehicles have been allocated to the bay
- Correct confirmation of goods to system.
- Management of inbound schedule.
- Run and produce reports and KPI’s
- Resolving any stocking issues preventing stock going to stores
- Allocating stock to designated bays provided by the loading team
- Ensuring all work is created and allocated in schedule order
- Dealing with any issues or scheduling changes that may arise
- Ensuring an accurate stock file is kept on all products
- Investigating and dealing with any stock related queries that may arise throughout the shift through to resolution
- Maintaining the warehouse layout making sure stock is located within its family group
- Checking to see if any stock is outstanding on the system for each load
- Ensuring trailers have been allocated to the bay before the loading process begins
- Correctly managing any stock that is unable to be loaded onto the vehicle for any reason
