Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our project site team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, providing essential support to both staff and management. The Site Administrator will be responsible for various clerical tasks, data entry, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation. The role would be Monday to Friday.
Duties
- support daily office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based registers
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Prepare reports and documentation as required using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- work with various departments to support administrative requirements
Experience
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
- Proficient computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Experience in clerical duties and data entry is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- A background in Construction or Civil Engineering is beneficial but not mandatory
