An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the FW3 Group. The purpose of the role is to support and assist the Service team in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities include updating company software systems, assigning breakdowns and service calls to engineering teams, coordinating with customers to plan and schedule work, handling incoming customer phone calls, and maintaining asset registers to name a few.
FW3 provides products such as water coolers, hand dryers, water boilers, air cleaners, and various energy saving assets to businesses throughout the UK.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of multitasking and self-motivated.
This position is advertised at 24-32 hours per week between Monday to Thursday, working hours 08:30 to 17:00, however flexibility will be considered to accommodate school hours for the right candidate.
