Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and an understanding of the property market, ensuring that both buyers and sellers receive the highest level of support throughout the process.
Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends and pricing.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, including updating databases and preparing marketing materials.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Experience
- Previous estate agency experience is advantageous, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and negotiating effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, allowing for better engagement with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organisational skills are necessary to maintain accurate records and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Get
- Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum
- OTE: £60,000+ (uncapped)
- Car Allowance: £2,400 per annum
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Saturdays, 10am–4pm on rotation (5-day working week)
- Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. They also close for Christmas.
