Salary; UP TO 30,000 BASIC + MILEAGE PAID
OTE; £45,000 +
5 DAY WEEK 2 SATURDAYS A MONTH
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers and conducting market appraisals.
Your Skills and Experience:
- You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales and conducting market appraisals..
- You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales).
- You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
- You are proactive and tenacious.
- You hold a valid driving licence
