Develop and execute product marketing strategy for key product lines and segments.
-
Craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates our value proposition and differentiates ComplyAdvantage in a fast-moving, regulated industry.
-
Build deep market and customer understanding through win/loss analysis, customer interviews, competitor intelligence, and industry research.
-
Support product launches with coordinated go-to-market plans across marketing, sales, and customer success.
-
Equip sales and CS teams with impactful content and enablement tools—pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts, solution briefs, and training.
-
Collaborate with Product Management to align on roadmap priorities, integrate customer feedback, and validate new feature launches.
-
Maintain and evolve customer personas and segmentation to ensure tailored, relevant messaging across regions and industries.
-
Measure the impact of product marketing efforts, iterating based on performance metrics and feedback.
What You Bring
-
5–8 years of experience in product marketing or product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
-
Demonstrated success in positioning and launching products in a global market.
-
Strong grasp of customer and buyer journeys, especially with technical, compliance, or risk management audiences.
-
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and CS stakeholders.
-
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with confidence in presenting to internal and external audiences.
-
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate market and customer insights into effective strategy and messaging.
-
Bonus: Experience in financial services, regulatory technology, or compliance.
