Senior Implementation Executive

Reports to: Client Services Director


Job Summary:

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Implementation Executive to lead our Implementation team in mobilising new client contracts. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, this role is critical to ensuring smooth and successful onboarding for new business. Youll coordinate cross-functionally, manage timelines, and guide a team of Implementation Executives to deliver exceptional client experiences from day one. The role is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Executives, ensuring high-quality delivery and team development.
  • Oversee the mobilisation of new client contracts, ensuring readiness and alignment across departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline onboarding processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Customer Success Manager, highlighting risks, successes, and opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data and identifying process enhancements.

About You:

  • Proven experience leading teams in a client-facing or project delivery environment.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in managing client relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Skilled in coordinating across departments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client experiences and driving operational excellence.
  • Experience in contract mobilisation, onboarding, or implementation is highly desirable.
