Senior Consultant - Capital Markets | Manage Complex Change Across Global Post-Trade Operations

Do you bring deep post-trade knowledge and a drive to deliver real change in the capital markets space?

At Projective Group, we partner with leading financial organisations to address their most challenging problems and deliver innovative solutions. Specialising in Risk & Compliance, Data, Payments, and Transformation, we help financial services businesses thrive in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

As our Capital Markets footprint grows, we’re looking for experienced Senior Consultants to help shape and deliver global post-trade and settlement transformation programmes.

Bring Your Expertise to Life at Projective Group; imagine a day where you:

  • Lead workstreams related to the transformation and outsourcing of settlement services across multiple regions.

  • Support the global rollout of Broadridge post-trade solutions, including system integration, process redesign, and data migration.

  • Conduct gap analysis and define future-state operating models for settlement operations.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business, operations, technology, and third-party providers.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls are embedded in all process designs and transitions.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on capital markets settlement (equities, fixed income, etc.), particularly in the UK, EMEA, and US regions.

  • Support vendor selection, contract negotiation, and onboarding processes.

  • Develop and present high-quality documentation, including design artefacts, impact assessments, and governance materials.

Is this you?

You’re ready to take the lead on complex transformation projects and shape how capital markets institutions operate post-trade. At Projective Group, your experience will be valued, and your ideas will help move the industry forward.

  • 5 to 8+ years’ experience in capital markets consulting or transformation roles, ideally within a Tier 1 bank, consultancy, or technology provider.

  • Deep understanding of post-trade settlement processes and systems, particularly in securities (equities, fixed income).

  • Proven experience with Broadridge solutions (e.g. BPS, Impact, Gloss, or similar).

  • Extensive knowledge of outsourcing strategies, delivery models, and regulatory considerations (e.g. FCA, PRA, CSDR).

  • Demonstrated experience steering or supporting large-scale transformation programmes, including offshore/onshore models.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.

Why Choose Projective Group?

  • First-class training, coaching, and opportunities for professional development.

  • A generous training allowance, a non-contributory pension plan, two types of bonuses, and comprehensive healthcare.

  • Fantastic company culture valuing diversity, creativity, work-life balance, fun, and well-being.

  • The opportunity to further your career in a state-of-the-art London-based workspace with stunning views of the Thames and welcoming spaces to collaborate, unwind, and connect.
