Responsibilities  

  • The role requires a consulting executive with a proven track record in building and delivering vertically specific advisory services tailored to Banking and Capital Markets. 

  • The candidate should be proficient in advisory fundamentals, including client relationship management, consultative selling, and the formulation of solution offerings. 

  • The individual must have strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead the delivery of services and manage client expectations effectively. 

  • Deep industry expertise in Banking and Capital Markets is essential, along with a strong understanding of business process re-engineering and digital technology innovation within this space. 

  • The candidate should be comfortable engaging with C-level executives, possessing insightful perspectives on the key challenges they face within the team. 

 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualification/Skills 

  • Have experience in working broadly across a number of client challenges in an advisory capacity with comfort in the consultative fact-finding and sales process. 

  • Experienced in developing points of view, solution offerings and crafting advisory offerings to client needs. Experienced in a variety of Banking and Capital Markets business functions and processes. 

  • Developed extensive experience of core processes in front, middle and back office and an understanding of digital impact on the same 

  • Have a mix of business savvy, vertical industry & domain experience, executive presence and technical depth to facilitate the translation of clients’ agendas into new revenue opportunities for the firm. 

  • Be successful engagement manager of strategic consulting programs and able to mentor delivery teams, as well as lead delivery projects and triage challenged projects. 

  • Proven solution builder who has previously identified whitespace in the market and contributed to the development of new service offerings/capabilities. 

  • Ability to communicate confidently at the “C” level and build meaningful internal and external relationships. 

  • Knowledge of business and technology issues that are currently most prevalent within the Banking and Capital Markets sector. Ability to work within a matrix organization and build strong teams and alliances through emotional intelligence and strong communication skills 

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal communications, team building and leadership skills with the ability to communicate Genpact’s vision. Motivate others to share passion and culture.
