We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support & Office Executive (Sales Enablement Executive) to join our UK-EU Sales & Market Development team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function and the efficient running of our London office.
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and sales support to our Sales Managers, Account Management team, and trade partners, ensuring Air New Zealand continues to deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Coordinate and support sales projects, campaigns, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintain sales collateral and ensure our trade website is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with trade newsletters, events, sales blitzes, and familiarisation trips.
- Build strong professional relationships with trade partners and internal teams.
- Manage group sales bookings, ticketing, and sponsorship ticket processes.
Office Administration
- Oversee the smooth running of office infrastructure, suppliers, and contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and visitor arrangements.
- Manage internal and external communications to the highest professional standard.
- Support special projects and corporate events.
- Maintain annual leave records and general office systems.
Financial Administration
- Process invoices, banking, and vendor management.
- Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure accurate reporting.
About You:
You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will bring:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in a sales support, travel, or events role (aviation or tourism industry experience highly advantageous).
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
