We are now expanding and looking for an experienced Technical Sales Representative to drive growth specifically in the independent convenience store sector across the whole of the UK.
The Role:
As Field Technical Sales Representative, you’ll take full ownership of a newly defined role, building out a pipeline of opportunities across both new business and existing accounts. You’ll represent a highly respected range of locker providers, helping customers utilise unused spaces and turning this into revenue.
Pre-qualified leads are provided; however, incentives will be offered for new opportunities created by yourself.
You will self-appoint site visits, meeting independent owners and carrying out surveys whilst offering technical assistance and bespoke solutions, building relationships throughout the journey.
It’s a highly autonomous role where you’ll be supported by an experienced technical team, a collaborative sales culture, and a leadership team that trusts you to manage your sector your way.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in retail sales across the convenience store sector is desirable.
- Comfortable selling into independent convenience stores, providing a technical location survey and building long-term relationships
- Ability to manage a sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Based initially across the UK, therefore you must have the flexibility to travel
- Ability to converse in Hindi, Urdu is desirable, but not essential
- Knowledge of Monday.com and Fastfield preferable but training will be given
- Good data, communication, attention to detail and record keeping essential
- Computer literate

- £30,000 basic salary + uncapped quarterly bonus scheme (OTE ~£50+)
