The Role
As a Property Investment Sales Consultant, your focus is on closing deals — not chasing leads. We provide you with pre-qualified investor enquiries, generated by our in-house marketing engine, so you can concentrate on what you do best: selling. You’ll work with investors around the world, help them acquire high-yield Buy-to-Let properties, and manage your own portfolio from end to end. Earning Potential
We’re offering a competitive base salary plus 5% commission on every deal you close. With warm leads and proven systems, our consultants average £3,500 per month by closing ten deals — with top performers earning significantly more. There’s no cap on your commission, and your success is entirely in your hands.

What We’re Looking For
We want sales professionals with at least two years of experience — ideally in property or investment — who know how to hit targets and close consistently. You’ll need strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused team.
The Details
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Manchester HQ, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You’ll be joining a company that doesn’t do average — we do speed, skill, and scale.
