Due to our recent growth, we are now busier than ever! So, we are looking for a part time Property Consultant to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing sales progression — ensuring transactions move smoothly from offer through to completion
- Coordinating and booking property viewings and valuations.
- Actively contributing to business development by helping to generate new instructions and opportunities.
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
Skills
- Previous experience in a property management or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
