Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A strong knowledge of property/ lettings/ maintenance works is desired
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote services
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in our database
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve sales strategies
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall performance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs effectively
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software for data entry
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
- A basic understanding of sales principles is advantageous
