Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and installation teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, responsible for coordinating quotes, managing schedules, and ensuring a smooth process from initial enquiry to completed installation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and web forms
Qualify leads and schedule site surveys or consultations
Prepare and send quotes, track follow-ups, and assist in closing sales
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Coordinate schedules between clients and surveyors
Process job orders, contracts, and payment paperwork
Communicate with clients regarding timelines, updates, or changes
Follow up with customers post-installation for feedback and reviews
Support the sales and operations teams with reporting and admin tasks
Requirements
Previous marketing experience would be advantageous
5 years’ experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role
Previous experience in construction, trades, or home improvement sectors preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure
