The role
As Quality Co-ordinator you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for supporting the Quality Department by performing a broad range of routine administrative tasks and activities. To be the voice of the customer by tracking and reporting complaints and compliments and analysing trends.
You will:
- Be the voice of the customer by tracking and reporting complaints and compliments and analysing trends.
- Oversee system coordination including internal and third-party audit to ensure adherence to schedule and progression of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain Management files, SharePoint update and control for Quality Function, managing meetings requirements, information cascade to the business where required and preparation of reports.
- Operate with detail and accuracy focused with experience in data analysis, SharePoint and main Microsoft Office applications.
- This role is full time and is fully remote, with occasional travel to our Devonport Site.
Essential experience of the Quality Co-Ordinator:
- Competent in administration and scheduling
- Excellent time management skills, methodical, meticulous and able to deliver under pressure to honor commitments and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in order to meet changing needs and achieve deadlines.
- proficient with Microsoft tools.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
