Sales and Admin Support (Part-Time)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales and Admin Support professional to join our team. This role provides essential support across administrative, sales, and e-commerce functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day operations, handling customer interactions, and supporting the business in both B2B and B2C environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Back-Office Support
- Receive and log incoming stock and deliveries (Booking In)
- Record vending machine withdrawals into ERP and prepare customer reports
- Generate and distribute delivery notes for outbound orders
- Post supplier invoices and reconcile them with purchase orders
- Follow up on missing purchase order numbers for sales invoicing
E-Commerce (B2C & B2B)
- Process online retail orders, confirming payment and arranging dispatch
- Liaise with suppliers for procurement related to online sales
- Package and dispatch orders via FedEx, Royal Mail, or similar
- Follow up on delayed or pending orders and communicate with customers
- Respond to B2C customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Upload products and update listings on B2B platforms
- Configure pricing tiers and discounts for wholesale clients
- Set up and manage user accounts for business customers
Sales Support
- Handle inbound phone calls and emails, offering product support and escalating leads where necessary
- Convert email enquiries into formal sales orders and coordinate dispatch with accuracy
Marketing Support
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of promotional email campaigns
- Update email signature banners to align with active promotions
- Design basic flyers or promotional material following brand guidelines
- Track and report campaign performance; suggest improvements or A/B tests
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or e-commerce role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic design/marketing software skills (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, or similar) a plus
