Office Administrator & PA to Director for Online Mobile Phone Company - Part Time
Someone to support the Director and business organisation as the company representative with respect to admin related works in HR, Legal and some aspects of Finance. You will also act as as support to managing the office as our Office Manager, providing office upkeep and guest or client hospitality. main focus will be for support to group business and the director both business and personal
In addition the role will involve other ad hoc admin duties as and when required.
The desirable candidate will be diligent, tenacious, have a keen eye for detail and spotting errors.
Duties Include:
- HR duties for staff (onboarding new staff, holiday approvals)
- Legal admin work to support the business or solicitors
- Office maintenance
- Emails and calls on behalf of company and director
- Other PA duties
- Testing of products using check list sheet
- Processing customer product returns
- Processing product returns to suppliers
- Providing additional support to other departmental areas of the business on an ad hoc basis
- Other general admin / support for Directors
Previous experience in an admin would be advantageous but company training will be provided.

Experience: Experience in a PA or Office Manager capacity is desirable.
Part Time Role: Mondays & Thursdays - 08:45 - 17:00 or Mondays - Thursday 08:45 - 13:00
