Part time 3 days a week (with salary paid pro rata) role as Admin Assistant to the Commercial Director within the sales team of a busy international children’s book publishing company. School hours possible - preferably Monday / Tuesday / Thursday each week. Based just off the A23 near Hickstead, Haywards Heath, this role requires excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to liaise with the internal and external teams and plenty of initiative. Key tasks would be raising Sales Order confirmations, contracts, invoices, liaising with international customers, tidying and organising our book libraries in the office, pulling all book samples together for bookfairs, maintaining and updating customer database and placing stationery orders for the office. An ability to use Powerpoint and Excel confidently would be useful. Any proven track record of admin experience could be an advantage, but is not essential. All training will take place on the job on a day to day basis.
