Sales Administrator Commercial Team

Location: Agile working Remote considered with monthly head office attendance
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Reports to: National Sales Manager

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting the sales process through administrative duties and client liaison
  • Managing new client onboarding and internal handovers
  • Assisting with CRM updates, reporting, and workflow management
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments to provide timely updates
  • Attending team meetings and sharing insight or feedback
  • Helping Sales and Commercial teams maintain excellent documentation and SLA tracking
  • Collaborating with Service Delivery and Marketing to support campaigns and transitions
  • Maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all communications and record keeping
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency

What Youll Bring to the Park

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • Customer-focused approach with previous experience in a client-facing or admin support role
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • CRM system experience (desirable but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Time management, prioritisation, and ability to work off your own initiative
