What Youll Be Responsible For
- Supporting the sales process through administrative duties and client liaison
- Managing new client onboarding and internal handovers
- Assisting with CRM updates, reporting, and workflow management
- Liaising with clients and internal departments to provide timely updates
- Attending team meetings and sharing insight or feedback
- Helping Sales and Commercial teams maintain excellent documentation and SLA tracking
- Collaborating with Service Delivery and Marketing to support campaigns and transitions
- Maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all communications and record keeping
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
What Youll Bring to the Park
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- Customer-focused approach with previous experience in a client-facing or admin support role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- CRM system experience (desirable but not essential)
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Time management, prioritisation, and ability to work off your own initiative
