Sales Progress & Returns Administrator – Technology Products (Reverse Logistics)
Are you organised, proactive, and great with people? We’re looking for a Sales Progress & Returns Administrator to manage the returns process for our technology products. You’ll be the key link between customers, suppliers, and couriers — making sure faulty items are collected, repaired, or replaced quickly and efficiently.
No two days are the same: you’ll be coordinating cases, solving problems, and keeping customers updated every step of the way. Experience in logistics, returns, or admin is welcome — but if you’re highly organised with strong communication skills, we’ll provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage return cases from request to resolution.
· Communicate clearly with customers and provide regular updates.
· Liaise with couriers and suppliers to arrange collections, repairs, or replacements.
· Keep accurate case records in CRM/ERP systems.
· Identify and address delays quickly.
· Provide reports and updates on outstanding cases.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in returns, admin, logistics, or customer support is desirable.
· Highly organised and detail-oriented.
· Strong communication and people skills.
· IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office and systems.
· Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
